1. PAYMENT
Boowey Bear uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read. In short, you can shop quite calmly and safely, as crazy as you want.
The following payment cards can be used in the webshop: Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and MobilePay. When using currency pricing in Swedish SEK, please note that you pay in Danish kroner DKK. All prices are incl. VAT.
2. THANK YOU CARD
With each order, you can get a free thank you card with a personal greeting handwritten. It is not possible for us to draw emojis beyond hearts.
These thank you cards are intended for short greetings written in the Latin alphabet. For longer greetings or other alphabets, the text will be printed on plain paper. We do not check for spelling errors, this is your own responsibility and we recommend that you review your greeting before clicking on.
3. DELIVERY
3.1 Pick up your order from our warehouse in Herlev:
If you want to save on shipping costs, you are more than welcome to pick up your order from our warehouse in Herlev 2730, Copenhagen. However, this must be done with a precise agreement with us and preferably in good time.
As we are a webshop, our working hours may vary. Therefore, we encourage you to contact us before or just after your order. From here, your arrival and date are agreed. We can typically have your order ready for collection in 1-2 days at the earliest.
Pick-ups must take place during the period. Kl. 11: 00-15: 00 (Unless otherwise agreed).
3.2 Delivery via DAO, POSTNORD & GLS
Delivery time is 1-4 business days. Your order is packed and sent as soon as possible within 1-2 days from here, the delivery time is included. The following delivery options are offered: To the nearest parcel shop or private / business distribution.
Option of date for this delivery option is an estimate and therefore not guaranteed as it is not Boowey Bear who is responsible for the delivery. Therefore, one must be aware of delays etc. When your order is handed over to the carrier, we have no control over the delivery process and we recommend that you choose a delivery date at least one day in advance to avoid disappointment. Vyou will do our best to arrange the delivery on the desired day. Obs. packages are not delivered on weekends.
The price for delivery depends on the weight and is automatically calculated in the box. You can follow your package via Track & Trace system with the tracking number that you receive by email and sms.
If delays occur, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Boowey Bear® cannot be held responsible for delays with the carrier. In case of very late (several days) or decidedly non-delivery, Boowey Bear® will of course send a new delivery free of charge.
3.3 Delivery to Sweden:
Delivery to Sweden is sent as parcel post and delivered to the nearest post office / parcel shop. Delivery time is 2-4 working days. Here you select Sweden as the receiving country at check-out. The price for delivery depends on the weight and is automatically calculated in the box. Be aware that you pay in Danish kroner.
You can follow your package via Track & Trace system with the tracking number that you receive by email and sms.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days.
Date options are an estimate and therefore not guaranteed, as Boowey Bear is not responsible for the delivery.

3.4 European and International shipping:
All our european orders are shipped via Post Nord or GLS. The shipping time is typically 3-5 work days. We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. Some packages may result in additional customs fees and fees charged by the courier. All international shipments that are going through customs clearance may have delays and it is up to the customs clearance procedures on how long the package may be held. This is typical for countries outside the European Union.
The countries that we are currently shipping to are: Germany, France, Beligum, Netherlands, Finland, Austria, Ireland, Czech Rep. and Poland.

4. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
For returns, complaints and use of the right of withdrawal, please contact us by mail on
info@booweybear.dk, where you state the problem and your situation in as much detail as possible.
When you shop at Boowey Bear, there is a 24 month warranty under the Purchase Act.
Our right of complaint only applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product.
If the complaint is justified, you can have the item exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain in "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect / error.
Boowey Bear® will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
4.1 RETURNS:
If a return is agreed, you will be sent a link with your return label which must be put on the package. You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You should also be aware that you will have to pay the return costs yourself if you have regretted your purchase.
Upon return, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return. We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.
4.2 REFUSION:
In the case of a refund, please send bank details in the form of reg. No. and account. No. so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk per. mail or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at booweybear.dk with the exception of some products. The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. Contact us if you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.
*You can not regret your purchase of our long-lasting roses upon receipt. Since these products are live flowers, all sales are final.
*You can not regret your purchase of beverages and food as it is not covered by the right of withdrawal.

There is no right of return on non-picked up packages from parcel shops if they contain pre-orders. 7. TRANSPORT DAMAGES
Here at Boowey Bear, we make an effort to pack all our packages well. So we make sure that you receive it in good condition. However, damage can always occur afterwards.
In the event of damage occurring during parcel post transport, we encourage this to be reported immediately to the carrier and also to Boowey Bear. If the package is visibly damaged on receipt, it is a good idea to either refuse receipt, or have it stated on the cover letter that a reservation is made for receipt, in the event of damage to the item caused by transport damage. If in doubt, finally contact Boowey Bear. If you discover a transport damage after delivery, you must notify us within a reasonable time if it has reduced the value of the item. Boowey Bear® only takes responsibility for delivery made by ourselves, ie the personal delivery. We do not take responsibility for damage caused by the carrier.
